Don't let this unusual array of titles intimidate you however. Working with me is quite simple. Some would even say it's a delight! Send me your apartment wish list and I will take care of the rest. We'll drive around in my gas powered chariot to your favorite options while I ramble on about wonderful places to eat in Austin until we find the perfect place to call home for you.

So let's get this straight here. You escaped the lab of a mad scientist person after being kept in seclusion for days, or weeks, or years. You don't even know, do you? Oh! So you've escaped the lab (I'm sure by asking nicely, and not through any violent psionic abilities). And now you need to lay low for a while. 

Now this makes sense, you want to keep a low profile in this luxury East Austin apartment where you can blend in with normal people. This building is like that normal kid in middle school. For a long time, he was kinda just there. Nice, agreeable, but not too exciting. Like pleasing wallpaper. And then, as time moved on, people got older, he got pinned down too many times in the friend zone due to his lukewarm charm and mild demeanor. But things changed. After listening to lots of inspiring podcasts, he discovered a newfound enthusiasm for the gym, classic literary texts, and uncovered a sharp piercing witt capable of making even the most steel faced grumpy old men giggle like school kids. You're walking into your first day at that new job of yours. A well dressed man in a tuxedo appears, which is weird because this is supposed to be one of those "everyday is casual friday" type places. Anyways, he hands you a letter, escorts you into the elevator, and presses a hidden unmarked red button. The elevator door opens up to a giant penthouse style office with floor to ceiling windows, and a spectacular view of the Austin skyline. Mysterious well dressed tux man encourages you to sit down on the fine leather seat in front of the grand teak wood desk. You open the letter.."Dear Sir or Madam, if you are reading this letter, it's because you've been deemed cool enough to become instant CEO of this highly profitable and surprisingly easy to manage company. You will enjoy unlimited leisurely access to this secret Penthouse style office where employees and board members will assume you're hard at work applying your hard fought wisdom. Welcome!"

Moving here is kinda like that.
