Hey there! I’m looking to rent out my room in a brand new apartment building for exactly one month. If you want a modern, fully furnished spot right in the Beltline with some of the best views in the city, this is it. Your Room: Has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so the natural light and views are incredible. It’s fully set up with a comfy bed (which has built-in storage drawers), a desk and chair for working, and a wall-mounted TV. Your Bathroom: You’ll have your own private 3-piece bathroom right next to your room. It’s modern, has a great glass walk-in shower, and plenty of cabinet space—no sharing or waiting around. The Living Area: Super clean, open-concept space with a massive TV, a comfortable grey leather L-couch, and a high-end kitchen (with a hidden fridge/dishwasher and a Keurig machine). The Balcony: Huge balcony looking directly over the Saddledome and the Stampede grounds. It’s a killer spot to hang out or have a morning coffee. The Building: You get full access to the gym and yoga studio, the rooftop garden terrace, and there’s a 24/7 concierge/security desk at the front. The Area: Incredibly walkable. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Stampede CTrain station, literally steps from Sunterra Market (perfect for groceries), Village Ice Cream, and a bunch of great cafes. Price, Roommate, & Details Rent: $1200 (includes everything: utilities and fast Wi-Fi). The Roommate Setup: You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one roommate. She is super quiet, clean, and respectful, and she has her own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the flat, so you’ll have plenty of your own space and privacy.
