It is essential that the successful candidate be patient and understanding of my anxious small dog, as our landlord has a no-pet policy, with the exception of my existing pet. He is lovely and cuddly once he knows you. Please note that this is a smoke-free complex, and smoking is strictly prohibited. The available unit features a shared kitchen & laundry, a private bedroom, your own 4 piece bath and access to a fully furnished basement rumpus room. The monthly rent is $800.00, with a $400.00 damage deposit payable directly to the landlord . Shared grocery expenses. The residence is located in the Dovely Court villa community, with convenient parking and public transit options nearby. The unit will be available for occupancy on Aug 1.
