The property will have 82 affordable units of new construction, including eight that are specifically Permanent Supportive Housing for those experiencing homelessness and two units for Veterans. There will be plenty of facilities on-site to address other needs that tenants have. This partnership with Shelter Resources, Inc. will provide one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, plus one manager's unit. Residents will also have the benefit of using the large playground and park and an expansive community building on-site. At this building, they can do their laundry in the community laundry facility, gather in the community space, attend group meetings in the flex space, and visit management offices and services provider offices housed there. The project will be for mixed-income community members, with those eligible ranging from 30% to 80% of the area median income.
