NEW UPDATE: My last tenant had a puppy that ruined my bedroom carpet, so I fully replaced it. I will no longer be accepting tenant requests with pets for my upstairs rooms, only for my basement (other listing).I'm a young professional working male looking for a clean, considerate college student/working professional roommate (male or female) preferably between 18-45. I am a quiet, respectful person. I have a furnished detached home that I own, and I am looking for someone who can help me fill up the extra bedroom upstairs. There is no noise pollution from any main roads. There is a driveway/street parking available for a car, should you have one, and very easy access to transit (3 minute walk to the C-Train Station).I have an upstairs room newly available in September (earlier move-in date may be negotiable). This space will come with a private room, and shared bathroom (with one other male tenant who is here for the year), and does not have a separate entrance to the house. No furniture currently in this room, as the previous tenant had all of her own furniture, but we can discuss if you need. There are a washer and dryer in the house (shared). In addition, there is an open concept living area and full kitchen with appliances free for you to use. Heat, electricity, water and internet (high-speed) are all included in your monthly rent.Right now, I'm (30's male) living with one other male roommate (20's recent grad). As long as you keep relatively clean and have a good personality, we'd be happy to have you!The house itself is a renovated property within 3 minutes' walk of the Crowfoot Train station and Crowfoot plaza.
