Hi! I’m currently looking for a clean, quiet, friendly female roommate :) With your own unfurnished bedroom, and a shared bathroom in Southampton DR SW. I’m a university student at MRU, I love biking, reading and I’m a very big foodie ???? I’m very clean quiet and really want someone respectful, reliable, clean and can communicate well. At this basement suites one of the best things is the lighting - we have morning light in the bedrooms and good lighting in the shared common areas (kitchen, living room) Along with - shared washer and dryer with the upstairs neighbours - private entrance, and a spacious backyard! Our upstairs neighbours are super nice, and quiet. - 15 min walk to the C-Train (red line) - Close to amenities - grocery store, gym, gas stations, bank etc.. - parking spot inside a double garage - close to Macleod, Elbow Drive, glenmore & 14 st. Utilities - 40% of the house - $60-$90 Wifi is split - $36 Rent - $800
