LATEST: This unit is now vacant - I am using the last week of this month to run full cleaning and repairs on the area so it can be ready for September 1.This basement suite has a single bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in closet, as well as a private wet bar (not full kitchen) and common area, and a private bathroom. The basement has a separate key and lock, but NOT a separate entrance to the house. Kitchen, backyard and laundry facilities are shared with the upstairs tenants. I'm currently living with two other roommates upstairs (30's male, two roommates are 20's males) that will be in the house at the time of rental start. This room can be rented on a short or long-term lease as you require it.I look forward to meeting you! :) Please have references ready. You will be responsible for all damages caused by the pet as well. Multiple people can move into the basement (couples/families etc.), but an extra fee of $100/person will be incurred. I provide all utilities and internet, as well as basic household supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, tissue, detergent, etc.) if you require.
