My home is a long term investment and I'm looking for someone who I can trust to look after my property when I'm not home. There maybe a possibility of me traveling for work and you would have the place to yourself during this time.If you're looking for a quiet place to rest at night, without worrying about late nights keeping you up. This is the place.The room is unfurnished, you can also use the den separating the bedroom, so you would have your own living space, with a shared kitchen downstairs. Or just a room depending on what you're looking forThis is not a house that rotates through renters.There is female cat that in the house, about 13 year old.I would like to note, this is a owner shared residence.
