I've found some Williamsburg apartments that I would be looking for roommates to apply to with for a lease starting 10/1 (or potential immediate start for some) Some are 3 bed 1 baths (or 1.5 baths in one case) and some are 4 bed 2 baths. They all have amazing locations, right near the Bedford Ave stop. Most have laundry in unit and the ones that don't have it in the building. All renovated, and with modern HVAC, dishwashers, and multiple have outdoor space or building amenities. Rent on most is around $2250 per person, rent on one of the 3 beds is $2500 per person rent. I'm looking for roommates who are extremely clean and respectful of living with others. I'm 27, I've lived on the Lower East Side for a year, and I work in political consulting for Democrats in their campaigns- in office a couple days a week.
