A door leads to the back porch and large back yard. The kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast bar. It comes complete with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and over-the-range microwave. It also has a pantry. Yard maintenance and monthly pest control are included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for each applicant signing the lease.
