NO APPLICATION FEE!!! LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT TENANT!! Hello - My name is Philip and I'm the landlord, not the property management company. I'm more interested in finding the right long-term tenant than renting to the first person who applies. I've learned the hard way that the wrong tenant can change the dynamics of a community. My goal is for you to love living with us so much that you stay until you're ready to buy a home! If this property isn't ideal, we may have another one when your lease is up. Regarding this property.... This is a newly renovated 36-unit community with on-site laundry and covered parking available. A few things about my process: * Units are on lock-box for easy viewing, but let's talk first and make sure we're a fit. * You don't need perfect credit. If you're hard-working, I can look beyond a credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, we may be able to work something out and let you pay over time. * Pets are welcome. Pet rent applies. Pets must be pre-screened. * Past evictions are considered with compensating factors. * Prefer to meet in person? No problem. * If something breaks, call my small team and we'll get it fixed! * Rent listed is base rent. Admin and water/trash fees are additional. * On-site storage may be available. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you!
