I live a healthy lifestyle and want to create an environment that is mutually supportive. I occasionally have friends or family visit a few times per year. I like to keep the communal spaces clean and organized. Utilities usually run about $75/mo. We pay for internet, gas, and electric. Landlord pays for water and trash. Let me know if you would like to come and see it. I'm looking for the right fit so we can both have this be a space we feel good in. ???? Will need proof of income and be able to pass a credit check. Deposit is one month's rent.
