The 2nd floor offers 3 generous bedrooms, two with fireplaces, excellent closet space, two full bathrooms, and a staircase up to the unique "monitor room" with windows on all 4 sides providing interesting city views. The lower level is nicely finished with extensive built-in shelving, a fireplace, and a new floor, perfect for a family room or study. Convenient parking in the driveway for up to 4 cars.
