1BR at 3260 & 3270 N Lake Shore Drive. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/195119309f ---- These two historic high-rises sit right across from Lake Michigan in Lakeview, and the apartments live up to the address: big, generously laid out units with hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchens with islands, decorative fireplaces, and real sweeping lake views, with only two homes per floor at 3260 so it never feels crowded. You also get bike storage, a package room, and gym access over at 2950 N Sheridan. The block is easy to love too, with The Coffee & Tea Exchange a few minutes away, The Closet and Wang's right there when you want a drink, and the lakefront a 10-minute walk out your door. Mariano's is about 14 minutes for groceries, and the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple stop is roughly a 21-minute walk when you need the train.
