"Sunrise and Sunset". 5 Cinder Ave is a new construction home that offers 360 degree sunrise and sunset views on one of the best vantage points on the island while also offering water access. This 3 bed 2.5 bath home is located on one of the only spots on the island out of a flood zone and because of its elevation offers sweeping views from the ocean, to the island itself, the basin, the river and downtown Newburyport and beyond. Just one door down you can access the water via a private beach to the basin waters where there is the potential to have a mooring. A generous layout offers a 1st floor primary, and two more bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor with decks off both sides to capture the views. Construction is underway so secure your spring 2027 delivery and be ready for the summer! Interior and exterior renderings are meant to give an idea of the living space at scale only. Finishes in photos are not final and are subject to change. Seller is a licensed agent.
