Beautiful, sun-filled 2-bedroom, 1-bath corner condo at the historic Baker's Chocolate Factory, just one block from the Grove St PATH in the heart of Downtown Jersey City. A rare value in downtown buildings: the maintenance fee covers heat, so your largest utility expense is already built in. This 800-square-foot home has soaring high ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors throughout, and an open-concept kitchen and living area with opposite-end bedrooms for maximum privacy. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a peninsula breakfast bar, and abundant maple cabinetry, while the updated bath offers a rainfall showerhead and a stylish vanity with brushed-nickel fixtures. In-unit washer/dryer adds everyday convenience. Both bedrooms are generously sized with large windows for great natural light, and the building offers an elevator and secure package/mail room. Unbeatable location close to Van Vorst Park, Newark Ave's restaurants and shops, and easy access to the PATH, Light Rail, Ferry, and Liberty State Park.
