1BR at Sentral Michigan Ave, Unit 3507. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/e2ae96b0a4 ---- Sentral took over the old Essex on the Park tower on Michigan Ave, a 56-floor South Loop high-rise looking straight across at Grant Park, with sun-filled units that have 9-foot ceilings, quartz counters, full-size in-unit washer/dryers, and rainfall showers. The standouts are the outdoor pool and spa deck, a fourth-floor coworking space with private conference rooms, and some of the most serious dog amenities in the neighborhood (multiple runs plus a pup spa). You can grab a quick coffee at Le Petit Cafe a minute away, walk over to Kitty O'Shea's for a pint, or wander down to Dearborn Park. The Harrison Red Line stop and a Trader Joe's are both about an 8-minute walk.
