1BR at Union West, Unit U309. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/e30dd460a4 ---- Union West is a pair of brick high-rises in the West Loop that lean into the area's old industrial bones, with apartments that come with their own balcony or terrace in select floor plans, plus quartz counters and floor-to-ceiling windows in the better layouts. The rooftop is the real draw here: grill and firepit areas, a pool deck with cabanas, and a Skylevel fitness center, and there's even an on-site dog spa and grooming room if you've got a pup. You're a short walk from Mary Bartelme Park and grabbing drinks at Cruz Blanca or Stelios, with a Starbucks 4 minutes out. The Morgan 'L' stop is about a 6-minute walk, and a Whole Foods is about an 8-minute walk for real grocery runs. Special: Move-In Special: Up to 1 Month Free (base rent)
