Looking for one roommate for a Bed Stuy / Stuyvesant Heights duplex. They would have two private rooms, each approximately 10’ x 13’, plus primary use of the upstairs living room. One room can be used as a bedroom and the other as an office, studio, den, dressing room, or separate hangout space. The other roommate primarily lives downstairs with their own bedroom, living room, and half bath. Kitchen and upstairs shower are shared. Apartment features include a large backyard, hardwood floors, exposed brick, dishwasher, gas stove, full bathroom with tub/shower, and decorative fireplace. The household can be communal or independent depending on what feels natural.
