Every room in this newly renovated, professionally designed Decatur home comes with its own refrigerator, working desk, and smart TV. Welcome to Next Level Rooms in the Panthersville area, where the finishes are high quality, the interiors are spacious, and each room carries its own design theme, so your space feels like a place someone thought about, not a unit that got filled. Each room is large and private, with a lamp, its own sitting area, and room to actually live and work, not just sleep. What the home gives you: a huge backyard with a sitting area to relax, high speed internet, utilities included so living here stays simple, a cleaner once a month to freshen the whole house with cleaning supplies provided, a short walk to the MARTA bus line, and easy access to the highway. The neighborhood is friendly and convenient, close to restaurants, the Dekalb Farmers Market, and local shops. A few things make this house more than a place to sleep. We celebrate birthdays here with pizza, wings, soft drinks, and cookies. And a portion of every month's rent goes to support an orphanage in Africa, so a great place to live also puts something good into the world. The proof is in the people. This home opened about a year ago, and members who moved in early are still here, past the one year mark, with five star reviews across the board. People do not stay that long in a place that does not deliver. Your housemates are working professionals with a growth mindset, the kind of household where everyone is building something. If that sounds like home, the rooms are below. Apply to the one that fits your life.
