This is an excellent opportunity for investors. Five units in one location on a low maintenance lot. All of the units are tenant at will - no leases. Great curb appeal, vinyl/aluminum sided and recent porches. All separate utilities, tenants pay heat, electric and gas. There is a separate owner's panel for the common areas. Plenty of off street parking. The parking lot is recently paved with an excellent drain connected to the city storm drain. Long term, wonderful tenants. The units are in very good condition and the hallways are attractive and in good condition. There is really nothing to be done at this property. It is up and running and should be a smooth running building for a long while. This is an excellent rental area with the option to rent to WPI students. Excellent highway access.
