5,600 /monthly

I’m looking for a single person or couple to sublet my fully furnished apartment in Stuytown for $5,600/month. This apartment is technically a two bedroom but acts as a one bedroom with home gym. The home gym also has room for a desk if the tenant wanted to merge it into an office. The apartment faces Stuyvesant Oval and has great natural light, ample closet space, and everything you’d need to move right in. One of the bedrooms is currently set up as a home gym, which can be used as an office as well but the fitness equipment will remain. Some equipment is bolted wall so room is better suited to remain as gym or partial office. • Fully furnished • All furniture will remain, including all home gym equipment • 2 bedrooms, 1 currently set up as a home gym • Ample closet and storage space • Faces Stuyvesant Oval • 1 year sublease with potential to extend LONG TERM ONLY. • Ideal for a single person or couple • $5,600/month • Seeking a move in sometime in November A dog has lived in the apartment, so I wanted to mention that upfront for anyone with pet sensitivities. No smokers, please. Happy to share photos, additional details, and arrange a viewing for anyone seriously interested. Please message me!
