My roommate and I are 2 professional women looking for a new female roommate to live in our gorgeous townhouse of 1908 sqft, only 5 min by foot from the UTC Mall and UTC Transit Center (buses 30, 41, 101, 201, 202 & trolley to UCSD)! Only 5 min by car to UCSD and grocery stores (Vons, Whole Food, Trader Joe, Sprouts…). You will get a bright, 120 sqft bedroom with wood-like flooring + 1 garage parking spot. The room is unfurnished, but all the furniture pictured in the bedroom is available for sale if interested. The bathroom will be shared with one roommate. The common spaces are furnished (but we may accommodate additional furniture). Common spaces include a living room with a fireplace, a family room, a dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a half bathroom. Central air conditioning and heating for hot summers and cool winters. It's a great and peaceful area, a short drive from the beach and downtown.
