Welcome to 27 Dell Ave, a deceivingly large and beautifully remodeled home in the heart of New London! This home has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom; from the all new plumbing, electrical, and wall-to-wall spray foam insulation to the custom tile and woodwork- all you need to do is move in! The open sunlit living room has gorgeously refinished hardwoods which lead you into the dining room and chef's kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tiled backsplash, and natural wood cabinetry, perfect for at-home cooking. There is also a first floor bedroom (which could alternate as an additional living room) and full bath with custom tiled shower and laundry hookups; a great layout for those prioritizing single-level living. The hardwoods continue upstairs where you'll find 3 additional bedrooms and another full bath with shower/tub combo and more high-end tile work and finishes. Outside includes a nice fenced-in private backyard and detached 1 car garage. Additional features include low-maintenance composite decking, vinyl siding and new vinyl windows, an updated heating system with on-demand hot water, and an awesome location in a neighborhood just steps away from Yale/New Haven Health LandM Hospital and convenient to Mitchell College, Electric Boat, Downtown New London, local parks, beaches, restaurants, shops, and so much more!
