Property Id: 3042013 Greetings! I'll be renting out my home, furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished (tenant's choice), starting as early as December 13, 2026 on a 12-month lease or longer. It's in the central neighborhood of North Capitol Hill: walkable to cafes, restaurants, Volunteer Park, Pike/Pine, and transit, yet tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street with friendly neighbors. The home is a spacious 1,410 sq ft residence on two levels of a historic 1913 Craftsman house, converted into just two independent residences, with the other upstairs. Bay windows, original woodwork, and hardwood floors preserve the Craftsman character. Each level has its own exterior entrance, bedroom, and bathroom, and they're connected internally, a flexible layout for working from home, roommates, or hosting guests. Key Features: - Off-street parking spot plus a street permit and guest pass - Water, sewer, and garbage included - Enclosed office an office nook on the garden level - Radiator heat ductless mini-splits for heat and A/C, plus a gas fireplace - Gas range, kitchen island, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer - Separate storage room for bikes and gear - Shared outdoor courtyard garden - No smoking Optional Furnishing: king and queen beds, living, dining, and office furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TV.
