The Space: Private bedroom available starting November 1 in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained apartment in the Fort Worth area. You will have your own private room with generous closet space and access to shared common areas (living room, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and dining area). High-speed Wi-Fi and common area amenities are included. The Household & Environment: You’ll be sharing the home with a professional federal employee working full-time (partially remote) and my young son. Because I have a school-aged child at home, creating a peaceful, grounded, and safe environment is my top priority. Our routine is very structured: weekdays are focused on school, work, and quiet evenings, with downtime on the weekends. We maintain a tidy, drama-free, and respectful home. Who Would Be a Great Fit: Working professional or focused graduate/doctoral student with steady, verifiable income. Someone who values cleanliness, respects personal space and shared common areas, and prefers a relaxed, low-key home environment over hosting frequent parties or overnight guests. Comfortable living in a home with a child. Non-smoker.
