Enjoy affordable Sebago lake living in this rustic cabin on a spacious double lot with deeded access to Sebago Lake. Two deeded access points lead to the protected inlet of the Northwest River with a Marina and sandy Sebago town Beach. This log cabin originally constructed in 1965 contains modern conveniences including an updated electric panel, a drilled well and septic system. Lovingly maintained and held in the same family since its construction, this cabin is ready to make new memories to last a lifetime. There are opportunities to insulate and add interior wall panels (which are located in the cabin rafters and will convey with the sale) or buildout bedrooms and expand if desired. The addition of the enclosed front porch has been used as a bunk room or could be used as a dining area. The expansion in the back houses the bathroom with a stand-up shower and the lot provides privacy from the road and neighbors with mature mixed woods. The property is made up of two conforming lots from the original subdivision plan as well as a narrow lot that runs along the back side of both lots. Just 1/10 mile down the road is a deeded access that leads down to a dock. A second deeded access point with a boat ramp is just a little further down the road providing multiple entry points to the Northwest River and Sebago Lake, The Songo River, Brandy Pond and Long Lake. The road is plowed by the town of Sebago. All furnishing included. FMI contact Jackie Sawyer@Meservier and Associates.
