2BR at Chestnut Place, Unit 09F. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/a1052bf0ae ---- Chestnut Place sits right in the Gold Coast with newly renovated convertible, one, and two-bedroom layouts where the living room opens onto the kitchen, plus a real perk: a rooftop retreat coming this summer that plays off the Lake Michigan and skyline views some units already get. There's a solid fitness center and a resident lounge if you want to work out or hang without leaving the building. You're a minute from coffee at Big Shoulders Cafe and a couple blocks from Chicago State Park, with Bernard's Bar and Streeter's Tavern close for a drink. The Chicago Red Line stop and a Whole Foods are both about a 3-minute walk, so groceries and the train are genuinely around the corner.
