Units come with private balconies, in-unit washer/dryer, and quartz kitchens, and the lake and river views are hard to beat. You are about a five-minute walk from Lakeshore East Park, can grab coffee at Drunken Bean in five minutes, and have Lucky Strike and bars like Amuse close by. Mariano's is a five-minute walk for groceries, and the State/Lake CTA stop is about fifteen minutes on foot.
