Rooftop Living in Downtown Austin 1BR from $1,829/mo. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/e25efb30aa ---- Downtown Austin midrise from 2001, so it has a little more personality than the newer glass towers around it. The building keeps things urban without overcomplicating it, with ground-floor retail and a courtyard that gives you a break from the street level pace. Shared spaces are the real draw here: a rooftop terrace with city views, a pool with lounge seating, and a lounge that gives you somewhere to hang out that is not your apartment. You're also close to Lady Bird Lake, the Texas State Capitol, Congress Avenue Bridge, and Whole Foods Market HQ, with Google and Oracle in the mix nearby. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath floorplan runs 834 square feet and starts at $1,829/month. It gives you a solid amount of room for a one-bedroom, and the current setup is straightforward, with the strongest in-unit detail being the concrete flooring.
