With a Victorian-inspired feel, this 3 bedroom 3 bath tree-top retreat looks straight out of a fairy tale. Natural light abounds as soon as you enter with windows galore. You will instantly want to throw your first party as you catch a glimpse of the shimmering blue pool right outside of your slider in the open concept kitchen/dining room. The living room is special with its dental and crown molding, built-ins, and pellet stove for cold winter nights. There is a sitting area, a full bath, and a den that also complete this main level. Upstairs, you will find a landing space that works perfectly for your home office. There are three amazing bedrooms to choose your primary bedroom from. All of them are ample sized and will make you feel one with nature. Two of the bedrooms have a slider out to the terrace overlooking the pool. Two full baths on this level is a huge plus. Outside gives you many opportunities for entertaining from a dip in the pool, to a fireplace area up top perfect for late night gatherings with friends. Located only a few short minutes from Squantz Pond and Candlewood Lake, this home works great year-round or would also make a wonderful seasonal or weekend home.
