The kitchen flows into the dining area which seats 6, and then to the living area where you will find a 50” TV. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, and the 4 piece bathroom including a soaker tub. Linens (kitchen, bath, bedrooms) are all provided.For short stays the rent is $2200 / month. If your stay is 3 months or longer the rent is $1900 / month. The rent includes all utilities, wireless internet, parking for 1 vehicle and laundry; the deposit is $1000.
