One of the only gated communities in lakeview, and the rent includes Heat, Water, and cooking gas. The unit has windows in every room except the kitchen and bathroom allowing for great light. Although it is a Garden unit, when you are inside it does not feel that way.

We have just laid hardwood flooring in every room in the house except for the 2nd (largest) bedroom in the house.

There are large closets throughout for storage. There is a laundry room on site, and we allow for tenants to bring grills outside. Throughout the summer you will be able to meet our other tenants as the courtyard is used for hanging out and lying out. The location is perfect for anyone. In walking distance you will find everything you could ever need or want. The walk score of this apartment is 100%. The means in walking distance we can get anywhere you need. The 3 train lines are less than 3 blocks, and a number of bus lines are right outside your door step.
