Steven Guzman (Steve) (Has a House). I'm very much to myself, tend to only be in my room or my son's room. I don't cook much, which leaves the kitchen wide open for you as needed and free to decorate to your liking (if you want, not mandatory) I do not expect food, ir anything from you, for that matter besides respectfullness. The home has security cameras throughout the outside and iside, which you can have full access to. Your room door has a smart lock, fingerprint or remote enabled entry. I do not need your code unless I suspect foul play or damage in which i will then ask of you to let me in. Everything will be on paper and in a contract and open for you to add more to it in respects to make you feel more comfortable. Pets must be kid friendly and pet friendly open to suggestions to anything you may want or need.my room and my son's room are completely off limits.
