With a large screen tv, grand piano, fully equipped kitchen and more! Rent includes all utilities, no extra fees, with month-to-month terms!Move out anytime with a 30 day notice. To complete the screening process, we must have a video chat (to make sure youre real!) share an active social media profile, and provide 2 character references. Paying a one month deposit after thoroughly screening will secure the room. The shared rooms are on the third floor, and nobody is living up there yet.
