Hayden (Has an Apartment). Hi, I'm Hayden.I'm looking for a roommate as soon as possible.My last potential roommate bailed at the last minute because he couldn't afford his half. I haven't signed the lease yet; I will once I get a viable roommate (you will also be screened by my landlord). My landlord and I are working out a sublet agreement, so you'll be paying me each month. The actual listing is here: You'll notice that it's listed as $1,700 monthly. You are only responsible for $800 of that $1,700, and half of utilities (Heat (natural gas), electricity, internet). Trash and plowing is covered. There are 2 parking spaces available, and a dryer and washer in the apartment. My landlord is asking for first month, and a security deposit ($1,000) to move in. I'm asking for $1,250 of that from you, but I will cover the rest. The apartment is located above a veterinary clinic, which the landlord works out of (You will not hear any barking from upstairs, don't worry). There is a private entrance in the back of the building, and a stairwell leading up to two apartments. Our neighbor is in his 20's, and very quiet. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm 22; a creative, fix-it kind of person. I work most of the time as a Tire Technician, Monday through Saturdays. In my spare time I like to paint, listen/create music, write, play guitar, play videogames, and have a beer or two as a reward. I'm incredibly open-minded, clean, and can handle constructive confrontation gracefully. I like to have things organized, and to be overly prepared. I value respect and open communication in a roommate situation. I DO smoke cigarettes; very rarely, and usually at work/away from where I live. The landlord of the apartment has specifically asked that tenants do not smoke anywhere on the property, and I intend to uphold that. She's very nice woman.
