Medium/Small bedroom with window for rent. 6 months remaining on lease, tenant can move in as soon as Wednesday, November twenty seventh, just need to be approved by landlord and sign new lease.I'm a little messy and struggle with dishes, but otherwise try to keep the common areas clean. We have a window-unit AC, baseboard heating, a stove/oven, fridge, standard shower/tub combo, and will be renting a washer/dryer from landlord once current roommate moves out on the twenty fourth of this month. We also have a TV and couch in the living room, and the rent includes water and garbage, and internet and electricity. We have 1 assigned parking space, and there are plenty of unassigned spaces. I park in an unassigned space, so the assigned spot is free to whoever moves in.I work retail in the Hanes Mall area and I work morning shifts. I work am every Tuesday, and otherwise work pm shifts otherwise throughout the week. Most of the meals I cook are crockpot and I'm totally willing to share food (I have EBT, so that's not a problem for me).I have a 2yo boy dog who's fixed. He's a rescue, so he's a little wary around new people, but he's super sweet once he knows you. He has the occasional accident, but I always immediately clean up after him, and he has a crate for when I'm out or at work.
