Kitchen and living room are the common area in the main level and are fully furnished. The space is shared with the other female roommate and myself. The home is location in Windsor Hills, a quiet and safe area with mostly families and elders. Shared washer/dryer in the garage. Close to Seattle/Bellevue, Southcenter mall, IKEA and grocery stores. Near the I- for fast freeway access, but still far enough that there is not a lot of audible traffic noise.
