I am renting the main floor of the house including the garage. I am hoping to find someone to take it for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. I intend to move in after this time frame. If you want it furnished I can rent it for even shorter term of 1 month at a higher rate. If you want it furnished for the full 6+ months it would be an additional $500 a month. Rent is all inclusive except for cable/wifi.The house is in a very desirable quiet neighbourhood on the North side of Orillia. It has a beautiful large backyard, garage, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room.
