Hi! I'm a nonprofit lawyer looking for someone to take over my housemate's queen-sized bedroom. The apartment has a very large and open common area that's fully furnished with a comfy couch, large dining table, and all the kitchen tools you could ever need. There's an in-unit washer/dryer and a large private roof deck (also furnished). There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. I work from home three(ish) days a week but am often gone in the evenings out to dinner, climbing, catching something at BAM. The apartment is on a quiet side street but a quick 5min walk to the many train lines at Atlantic/Barclays (truly, just about every line you could want, along with the LIRR 20min ride to JFK). All the Gowanus breweries and gyms are close, as is Park Slope's Fifth Ave, and it's a quick walk to all the lovely restaurants in Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, etc. I'm looking for someone respectful and tidy, happy to share all the common spaces / you're welcome to make it yourself at home.
