We are looking for 1-2 college-age (recent grad-ish) girls who are sweet and fun; we would love to be roomies and friends, but also no pressure if you are more chill! :) Must be okay with a cat in the apartment (a Siberian hypoallergenic). We are artists, and we have cute art everywhere. Overall super chill and also lit. We have a CD and board game collection, occasionally make baked goods, and enjoy a good glass of wine while watching reality TV. If you're not a girl, you have to be so chill and nice! We will be vetting applications. The lease begins September 1st. About the Apartment: Old house, with cute dark-finish wood everywhere! Looking for 1-2 people to fill 2 bedrooms in a four-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The rest of the apartment is furnished; the two open bedrooms have access to a front porch. There is a back porch, a kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher, a clawfoot tub in the bathroom, individual pantry shelves, and laundry in the basement. On the second floor! The apartment is an uphill 5-10 minute walk to the Orange Line Forest Hills Station.
