I'm a quiet 36 year old working fulltime, looking for other quiet professionals or students to share my townhome.I am looking for 2 Roommates for my 3br townhouse. The rooms are $650 each per month (all utilities included). Rooms face west on the top floor of the townhome. One room has a queen bed and night stand. Other furniture may be available depending on your needs. The other room is unfurnished. If you want to rent both rooms we can negotiate for a lower combined price.There is street parking or rental spots with plugs for $50 ($40 without) per month. House is clean and well maintained with a freshly renovated main bathroom. The Townhouse comes with wonderful small fenced yard and Washer and Dryer in the basement. The kitchen, laundry, living room, and partially finished basement are all shared.The Townhouse is close to green space, transit, major roads (Glenmore and Stoney Trail), several awesome restaurants and a stones throw from Mount Royal University.Must be LGBTQA+ friendly and ok to live with a Cat.I'm a Transwoman who enjoys Craft Beer, playing PC games, Disc golf, and 3D Printing.
