Brand new, fully furnished executive 1 bedroom legal basement suite available starting September 1, 2026 for a fixed-term rental agreement between 6 and 12 months in Rockland Park. This suite was built in 2026 and was designed to feel comfortable, functional, private, and a little bit luxurious.The suite is located in Rockland Park, a beautiful master-planned, nature-oriented community in northwest Calgary, located on a scenic escarpment above the Bow River and Bearspaw Reservoir. The neighbourhood has a calm, residential feel with pathways, natural green spaces, and access to The Lodge, Rockland Park’s private residents’ facility. Rent includes access to the community amenities, including the seasonal outdoor pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, skating rinks, pickleball courts, playground, and community gathering spaces.Extra features in the suite include a paving stone walkway leading to a separate side entrance with keyless entry, full-size in-suite laundry with stackable washer and dryer, and a fully finished understair storage room. The kitchen was functionally designed with two banks of drawers, a fridge with filtered water, quartz countertops, full tile backsplash, dual basin sink, built-in dishwasher, and microwave.
