No partying/drugs, pets, or smoking inside premises. Ideally looking for a clean, respectful, responsible, quiet working/employed person or student. Friendly family of three (mom and 2 kids) and a cat & dog live upstairs and own the house. Available August 1 or later. Damage deposit is 1/2 month rent.
