Hi, I am looking for two new roommates from September 1st 2026 to June 30th 2027. Two single rooms in a house in Dalhouise, close to the train station.My name is Josh and I currently live in the basement. I’m a 24 year old professional working in downtown Calgary. I just graduated from the University of Calgary in December with a finance degree. My sister Isla (18 years old) has also just moved into the basement with me, she just graduated high school and has been living in Nicaragua the last 5 years.The basement is a seperate suite. Upstairs has three bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen and laundry. Two of the bedrooms are available, one has a shared bathroom, and one has an ensuite.The back yard is large and fenced with an attached deck.
