I'm renting out my bright, cozy 1-bedroom legal suite, and it's been such a great place to call home. The big windows let in tons of natural light, making the space feel open and welcoming all year round.The suite comes fully furnished and has just about every appliance you could need, so you can move in without the hassle of buying a bunch of extras. There's also a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a deep freezer, which is great for stocking up on groceries.One of my favourite things about living here has been the beautiful, peaceful backyard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or relax after a long day.The location is also hard to beat. It's so close to the mountains with easy access out of town, making it perfect if you love hiking, skiing, skiing, or just getting away for the weekend.I've really enjoyed living here, and I'm hoping the next person loves it just as much as I have.
