We are looking for someone to care for our beloved home as if it were there own.We have a fantastic family home to rent on a nice cul-de-sac in the South West portion of Riverbend.Easy walk to groceries and amenities including Co-op and Sobeys grocery stores, Starbucks and Timmy's, the best shawarma in the city, the YMCA, and library as well as many others.Enjoy a beautiful walk or bike ride at the end of the street aling the River and pathways without crossing a busy street. It's really an ideal location.The house is on a pie lot with a huge fenced yard and a series of raised garden boxes for anyone loving fresh lettuce and tomatoes all Summer long. The oversized 2 car attached garage fit our 2 SUVs and there's still also space for 2 full sized vehicles on the driveway.Inside, the house has been renovated and updated with a neutral grey-ge and white colour palette. The main floor features a family room with gas fireplace, a bright kitchen with large island, dining room, cozy front room and main floor laundry. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including the master with ensuite with double sinks and extra storage. Downstairs you will find another bedroom (as well as one used by the landlord for storage of some items), another family room and a full bath with heated floors and a second fridge in the furnace room.This is a strict no smoking home. If you, or any members of your household smoke, this is not a fit. There is no smoking anywhere on the property inside the house or garage or patio spaces.
