Looking for a roommate in their late 20s to 30s to join a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex in Bed-Stuy. Move-in: August 1st (ideally looking to have someone committed ASAP) Rent: $2060/month Utilities: Utilities typically ~$100-250/month per person depending on the time of year Requirements: 700+ credit score and income of 40x rent (building requirement and guarantors accepted) Pets: Allowed (with approval) About the space: * Private bedroom * Private bathroom * Shared kitchen upstairs * Laundry in building * Private backyard * ~7 min walk to Myrtle/Broadway JMZ The lower level is large and currently used as a shared living room/common area, but the layout and division of the space can be discussed. Important note: * There is very little natural light downstairs, so this setup is best suited for someone who doesn’t mind that, or someone who spends a lot of time outside of the apartment. About me: I (26F) and have lived in NYC for almost 3 years. I work a hybrid WFH schedule and am usually in the office 1-2 days during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, volunteering, and working out. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, tidy, and prefers a quieter space.
