We live in a 4 bedroom house in South/Central Austin and are looking for a roommate. There is one bedroom with shared bath available, bathroom is shared with one roommate. We're looking for someone considerate, responsible, communicative and due to the bathroom share preferably another female. The house in a residential neighborhood with street parking available, it's generally a quiet street and the neighborhood is safe to walk. We have Google fiber internet, a laundry room with W/D, and all rooms except the one for rent are furnished. The landlord will run a basic credit check and require 1 months rent as a security deposit. We have a relaxed atmosphere, keep the house clean and are looking for someone who would like the same.
