Hi all, I am looking for someone to join an existing lease in Medford. My roommate is moving out end of August and I will be staying a a I will be starting a new job. The apt is a first-floor unit located about a 15 minute walk from Tufts university, 20 min walk to Ball Square, and about 8 minute drive to Assembly and Wellington. The place has access to a backyard, barbecue and off -street parking! Rent will be 1,530/mo with water included, utilities average about $70/mo in my experience. The apt is mostly furnished since we have been living in the area for two years and my roommate will leave some of his things, you would just have to furnish the room you sleep in. About me: I recently graduated with a Masters degree from Tufts university and will start working in Lawrence in August. I do like to keep the apartment neat and clean and I would say I’m a bit particular about decoration lol but I completely share anything in common spaces, including tv, consoles, kitchen appliances, record player, etc!
